Welcome to the Team, Josh

We’re pleased to welcome Josh Cummings to Brilliant Ideas Ltd, who has recently joined the team as our Internal Technical Sales Trainee.

Josh is already well underway with his training and development, building technical knowledge across our ALIMATS® range while supporting day to day sales operations. His role includes preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting customers by phone, email, and through our ecommerce platform, making sure customers get clear answers and quick turnaround.

As Josh continues to develop, he’ll play an increasing role in providing technical support to customers, particularly around crane mats, outrigger mats, and temporary works solutions. His focus will be on understanding load distribution, mat configurations, and project requirements, allowing him to support both routine enquiries and eventually more complex applications.

The addition of Josh strengthens our internal technical support capability, making sure customers continue to receive fast response times and reliable guidance when specifying ALIMATS® systems.
